GTPCL comprises 84 positions and operates through four distinct committees to ensure effective operationalization and functioning. At the top is the Board of Directors, followed by the Executive Committee, Techno-Planning Committee, Audit Committee, and HR Committee. These committees may include senior officials from government departments as well as experts in urban planning.
