GTPCL comprises 84 positions and operates through four distinct committees to ensure effective operationalization and functioning. At the top is the Board of Directors, followed by the Executive Committee, Techno-Planning Committee, Audit Committee, and HR Committee.
The Executive Committee and Audit Committee report directly to the Board of Directors. The Techno-Planning Committee, reporting to the Executive Committee, establishes the technical framework for upcoming projects. The HR Committee, also reporting to the Executive Committee, oversees human capital, hiring, talent management, organizational culture, compliance, succession planning, and leadership management. These four committees may include senior officials from government departments as well as experts in urban planning.
