GTPCL is guided by a highly experienced and accomplished Board of Directors from different departments of the Government of Gujarat working in the Urban Development & Management sector. The GTPCL Board is chaired by the Principal Secretary, Urban Development & Urban Housing Department and Vice Chairperson is the Municipal Commissioner, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. GTPCL is ably led by the Chief Executive Authority, Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA), who is the Managing Director. The Board also includes other senior officials like the Executive Heads of the Urban Development Authorities of Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot & Gandhinagar; Chief Town Planner, Town Planning and Valuation Department; Officer on Special Duty, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department; and Senior Town Planner, Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority.
